Featuring a 4-inch bore, 24-inch stroke, and 1-3/4-inch chrome-plated rod, this heavy-duty cylinder is designed as an OEM-style replacement for many log splitters using a double-ear clevis mounting system.

The cylinder produces approximately 22 tons of splitting force at 3,500 PSI and up to 25 tons at its 4,000 PSI maximum operating pressure. Its double-acting design provides hydraulic power during both extension and retraction, while replaceable seals allow the cylinder to be rebuilt after normal wear.

The cylinder’s published maximum operating pressure is 4,000 PSI and should not be exceeded. Actual splitter performance also depends on the pump, control valve, relief-valve setting, hoses, fittings, engine, and overall condition of the hydraulic system.
